MR. NGUYEN HUU DANG - MEMBER OF THE BOD CUM. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Dang has been with HDBank for nearly 20 years. With his vast banking experience, he frequently sets out on new directions, which bring about practical results for the Bank’s development. His past positions include: SBV Managing officer of non-State credit institutions, Credit officer, and others. He used to work for the Dong Thap SBV branch and Vietinbank.
He holds a master degree in Banking.

MR. LE THANH TUNG- DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR
He has been associated with HDBank for more than 17 years through positions such as Branch Director and Area Director. By his keen mindset and management competence, he has managed and developed the business activities of branches/transaction units within the area, significantly contributing to the Bank’s network expansion and outstanding growth of HDBank during the years. He has gained several years of experience from working at a number of financial institutions and commercials banks before joining HDBank. At the present, he is also a member of the active committee of the Bank’s Communist Party.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor degree in Law.

MR. PHAM QUOC THANH- DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR
He has more than 25 years of working in banking sector. He is highly experienced in risk management, establishment and operation of corporate banking. He used to hold senior management titles at HSBC, ACB, ABBVank and Techcombank.
He holds a bachelor degree in Bank Credit and a bachelor degree in foreign language.

MR. TRAN HOAI NAM- DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR
He has many years of experience in the Finance – Banking sector, especially in managing corporate and institutional banking operation. He is a dynamic leader with a various reform initiatives. At the present, he is in charge of management of development large corporate customers and financial institution customers at HDBank and advances the Bank’s cooperation with prominent and prestigious operations, both domestic and overseas. He has hold management positions at several organizations including the Ministry of Science and Technology, Citibank, VIB, etc.
He has graduated with a master degree at Asia Institute for Technology (AIT) and a bachelor degree at Hanoi Univeristy of Science and Technology.

MR. NGUYEN MINH DUC - DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR
He has more than 25 years of experience in management of credit and financial institutions. He has greatly contributed to HDBank’s successes, especially in risk management and compliance control, etc. He was an retired economics professor at Vietnam Marine Univeristy and used to hold a number of high-level positions at several banks in Vietnam.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the Finance – Banking sector both domestically and overseas, especially experience in system management, apparatus organization, risk management, and customer relations. He has experience in working as senior management personnel at Vietcombank Leasing Company and commercial banks such as Vietcombank and Shinhan Vina Bank.
He holds a doctorate degree in Economics and a bachelor degree in Law.

Being an energetic, confident and knowledgeable female leader in finance and banking sector, during the years working at HDBank, she has made a remarkable contribution to the Bank’s success, especially in currency trading and securing liquidity safety for the whole system, additing to the present outstanding success of HDBank. She has in-depth knowledge in export-import operation, international payment and banking and finance through her working experience at Techcombank, VPBank, etc.
She is a bachelor in Banking Credit.

Before joining HDBank, he has 17-year of working experience at the State Ban of Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Branch and VietA Bank at management positions such as Head of Department and Deputy General Director.

With his leadership and acumen, he has contributed to the development in operation of business units within the managed area, contributing to the outstanding growth of HDBank in recent years.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor degree in Law.

Mr. Pham Van Dau has more than 15 years' experience in the finance-banking field. He has a good working knowledge of credit sector, accounting, financial and treasury operations, and strategy planning. He has been assigned with some of the most important tasks for HDBank to ensure the most efficient use of capital and devise detailed plans for the bank's further development.
He has an MA in Economics.

She has been associated with HDBank for nearly 20 years and experienced a variety of different banking operation. With the leadership and keen mindset, she has substantially contributed to HDBank in management of business operation over the years, especially in leading the Operation Division to successfully implement the Centralized Credit Supporting Operation Management, Centralized Cash Management, and the management and monitoring of operational activities in the whole systems, additing to the reformation of HDBank’s service quality.
She is a bachelor in Ecnomics, foreign languages and Laws.

Before joining HDBank, he has many years working at ACB at vital positions at Retail Division as Director of Product Department, Director of Credit Center, Deputy Chairman of Credit Commitee at head office, etc.
