VnTopup is service enable customers to credit their mobile account by sending SMS or directly topup via Internet banking, this amount will be debited in customers’s HDBank accounts.

APPLIED MOBILE TELECOM NETWORKS:
• Prepaid subcribers: all mobile networks
• Post-paid subcribers: Mobifone, Viettel Telecom (This amount is deducted directly into the post-paid bill and accrued to the next month if the amount is greater than the actual bill)

Registration conditions:
• Having HDBank account
• Registered SMS Banking or eBanking of HDBank already
