SPECIAL LOAN FOR SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISE (JBIC, JICA3)

JBIC and JICA3 is cooperation program between HDBank and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) to meet Vietnamese SME’s high demand of medium and long term loans. The program’s purpose is mainly to invest factories and purchase machinery or means of transportation.

Features:
o Customer type: Small and medium entereprises run business with the maximum charter capital of VND 10 billion or an average number of employees each year must not exceed 300.
o Loan term: medium –long term with preferential interest rate
o Loan extension granted may up to 2 years

Benefits:
o Interest paid on declining balance
o Principal is amortized during loan term
o Principal and interests repayment term can be flexible depending on enterprise’s solvency.
