SHORT TERM CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT

Short term Certificate of Deposit is term deposit with attractive interest.

o Acceptable for withdrawing ahead of schedule and still earn interest as non-term deposit at the time of withdrawal.

Features:
o Customer type: domestic or foreign companies operating legally in Viet Nam.
o Currencies: VND and USD
o Minimum deposits: VND5 million/USD100
o Tenor: 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 months or 364 days
o Interest rate: fixed interest rate written on the Certificate of Deposit
o Method of payment: at maturity
o In case customer do not withdraw their money on due date, interest will be accrued to principal and be tranfered to term-deposits with interest paid at maturity. The date of tranfering must be the due date of that Certificate of Deposit.

• Certificate of legal status of Organizations
• Documents evidencing the legal representative status of the account holder.
